Therapist

Hello, my name is Will Pearson, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist in Training and a Substance Abuse Counselor in Training. I have worked in the substance use disorder and mental health field since 2015 and am currently pursuing my master’s degree at National University with a specialization in trauma. My experience includes working with individuals and families navigating substance use, mental health concerns, trauma, and relationship challenges. I believe meaningful change begins with asking the right questions and creating space for growth, insight, and healing. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I strive to help clients recognize their strengths while building healthier relationships with themselves and others. Originally from California, I relocated to Wisconsin in 2024 to be closer to family. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, learning, and listening to music.
