Seasons Counseling LLC, established in 2015 by Samuel Overlien, LCSW and his wife Tiffany, is a community-based mental health service provider. Samuel holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Northwestern-St. Paul and a Masters in Social Work from Loyola University-Chicago, with a specialized focus on mental health.

Sam's journey to gaining his clinical license began while working for an agency participating in the Comprehensive Community Services county program. It was during this time that he developed a deep appreciation for community-based services that fostered comfort and safety in therapeutic relationships while navigating life situations. This approach, supporting individuals side by side, proved to be highly effective in facilitating positive and enduring change.
