Hi! My name is Tom Graber, APSW, and I am a therapist with Seasons Counseling. I am an accomplished Mental Health and Substance Abuse professional who has the ability to motivate and energize individuals and families around common goals. After earning my MSW, I began my career as a licensed social worker and certified substance abuse counselor at a private practice agency in Wheaton, IL. During my time in practice, I provided outpatient therapy, substance abuse treatment, and Employee Assistance Program consulting to local businesses. After 9 years in private practice, I joined up with Motorola as a Senior Employee Assistance Program Consultant where he specialized in workplace violence prevention, consulting to management to help identify and assist employees struggling with productively and personal problems and change management. After 2 years in the Employee Assistance, I was recruited into Human Resources, where I worked for 12 years. Following Motorola, I worked in a Business HR capacity in the Insurance and Hospitality industries. Following this, I re-entered the Mental health field and have been with Seasons Counseling, LLC since 2020. I am married with two boys, living the quiet life in Merrimac, WI where I enjoy boating, fishing and loves his pet dogs and cat.
