Sharri Waldron, BS

Service Facilitator

Hi! My name is Sharri Waldron, BS. I currently provide service facilitation for children and adults in Columbia County. I graduated from UW-Madison with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare in 2016. I started working at Seasons Counseling as a community mentor and transitioned into the role of service facilitation in 2021. Throughout this time, I have worked with children and families. Most often, I have worked with children who have co-occurring mental health and autism diagnoses. I pride myself in being able to really get to know a family on a personal level to problem solve and provide good care. When I am facilitating cases, I prioritize being dependable and getting tasks completed in a timely manner so that families can receive the care they need. I believe that the client is their own expert and find that meeting people where they are at and being strengths based is the best approach in services. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I can often be found gardening, crocheting, or starting a new hobby that I will likely leave unfinished for months to come.
