Rachel Schumann, BS

Service Facilitator

Hello! My name is Rachel Schumann, BS. I work as a service facilitator and community mentor for both adults and children at Seasons Counseling. I attended UW Oshkosh where I received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Eleven years of my adult employment was spent learning and implementing ABA therapy while working with children on the autism spectrum, which I really enjoyed! I then transitioned over to the CCS world in 2019 after a friend/former co-worker recommended the job. Turned out to be a great fit. I love connecting with people, getting creative with reaching goals, and seeing people succeed. I believe strongly in meeting a person where they are at and breaking tasks down into manageable pieces. I also tend to use humor a lot in my personal and professional life as I find it makes hard things more tolerable. My personal interests are in holistic medicine, psychology, and plants. I spend my free time doing crafts and DIY projects around the house, researching my interests, hiking with my family, and of course find myself in front of the tv from time to time.
