Hi! My name is Nate Stenerson is a community mentor and parent mentor at Seasons Counseling. I have worked with kids and young adults with autism, schizophrenia, ADHD, and various degrees of trauma. I enjoy the opportunity to help empower children, teens, and adults and strives to motivate and strengthen their capabilities and confidence. I have training in trauma informed care, AODA, Love and Logic, and enjoy utilizing music as an intervention option and confidence building tool. I also Incorporate lots of outdoor activities. I have experience in helping clients with finding housing, part time jobs, getting drivers licenses, graduating from school, and improving mindfulness and coping skills in many environments. I am an avid animal lover. In my free time, I enjoy playing with my dogs, hiking, playing guitar, fishing, and enjoying music of all genres.
