Hello, my name is Mike Crneckiy, MS. I am the County Services Manager as well as a community mentor at Seasons Counseling and have been with the company since 2017. My educational background includes a BS in education from UW-LaCrosse and MS in Educational Leadership from Winona State University. Over the course of my professional career, I served for over 20 years as a teacher, pupil services director, and principal for Pre/K-12th grade students. I also worked at the Family and Children’s Center supporting 13-15 year-old boys in a residential setting. I am skilled at supporting the needs of all ages but have a passion for helping adults, specifically parents. Building positive relationships through empathy, establishing reasonable boundaries and seeking effective follow through while modeling desired behaviors are the foundations of my parenting/family support. While working with younger populations, I also focus on relationship building as well as decision making, emotional regulation, impulse control, and promoting community involvement/engagement. I am married 25 years and have four children. My favorite activities include reading, outdoor activities and sports, working in my yard, and spending time with my family.
