Hello, my name is Jessica Krueger, LPC, CSAC, ICS. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by relationships that feel confusing, one-sided, or emotionally draining. They’ve often spent years over-functioning for others while quietly minimizing their own needs. Sometimes, this shows up as chronic self-doubt, emotional shutdown, people-pleasing, or substance use—coping strategies that once helped but now feel limiting or out of control. At the heart of it, they’re navigating attachment wounds, trauma histories, and patterns shaped by early survival. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, and Independent Clinical Supervisor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, relationship challenges, and the complex interplay between substance use and mental health. I have Master’s degrees in both Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. I’m a Certified Brainspotting Provider and Brainspotting Consultant. My style as a therapist is grounded, relational, and intuitive. I weave together somatic work, Brainspotting, and parts work to help you get underneath the surface—not just to make sense of your pain, but to begin shifting how you hold it. I believe that therapy is most effective when it feels like a safe and collaborative space. I strive to bring warmth, curiosity, and respect into each session, helping people build a deeper understanding of their patterns and the protective strategies they’ve carried. Healing doesn’t require having everything figured out— it's about getting curious about the parts of you that have learned to protect, perform, or keep things together. At the heart of our work is a return to self-trust. I believe that real healing comes from a mix of insight and embodiment, and that consistent, steady relationship can change the way you experience yourself—and your world. Outside of my clinical work, I love photography (especially capturing my kids' activities and adventures), kayaking, snowmobiling, and connecting with close friends. I'm intentional about making the most of this full and vibrant season of life with four kids—and I bring the same grounded presence and real-life perspective to the work I do with others.
