My name is Jennifer Kish, and I am a Service Facilitator with Seasons Counseling. I hold a bachelor's degree in Education and a master's degree in Educational Leadership. Before joining the team here, I spent more than a decade serving children, families, and educators in a variety of public school roles—including teacher, behavior interventionist, student and family engagement specialist, dean of students, and principal. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping individuals overcome barriers to success. My background in public education gives me a unique perspective on the importance of strong partnerships. I excel at helping individuals and families navigate complex behavioral, emotional, and social systems while fostering meaningful, coordinated connections among schools, providers, and community resources. As a Service Facilitator, I believe that every person deserves to be heard, respected, and empowered throughout their journey. My work is deeply guided by trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices. I value a collaborative, strengths-based, and person-centered approach that recognizes each individual's unique experiences and abilities, helping them build the independence and confidence to advocate for themselves. The most rewarding part of my work is seeing individuals and families recognize their own strengths and make meaningful progress toward the goals that matter most to them. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dogs, reading, hosting friends, and exploring Wisconsin. I am always looking for new opportunities to continue learning and growing, both personally and professionally. I feel so fortunate to be part of the Seasons Counseling team and look forward to partnering with you!
