Hi! My name is Heather Graber, APSW, and I am a therapist, adult and youth mentor and parent coach with Seasons Counseling. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Spanish from Hope College and Master's in Social Work from The Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois at Chicago. I took some time off from working in the field to raise our two sons and was ready to jump back in when they hit maturity. I am passionate about wellness, empowering others and being an advocate in the community and at school. As a parent of two adult boys, one who is neurodivergent, I enjoy sharing my lived experience with my clients, who seem to appreciate this approach. I am caring and empathetic while also task oriented and empowering. I enjoy my role at Seasons Counseling very much in that it allows me to work with children as young as 5 to older adults in the community and in nature when appropriate. When not providing services, you may find me hiking, and spending time with my family in Wisconsin and Chicago, enjoying our three pets, and caring for our small flock of chickens.
