Hello! I am Abigail Czubakowski, BS, and I am a community mentor at Seasons Counseling. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UW Madison with certificates in Educational Policy Studies and Gender and Women’s Studies. I also have extensive volunteer experience with youth and children in ministry settings. At Seasons Counseling, I am comfortable and skilled with all ages but specialize with kids and teens, especially females. I believe my younger age allows me to form natural positive relationships with youth and puts them at ease. In services, I utilize lots of play and exploration via games and outdoor activities, as well as crafts and client-specific activities. I also have a musical background that can prove beneficial. These help individuals work on emotional awareness and regulation, develop their interests and coping skills, and practice appropriate social skills. I believe every person no matter their age or past experiences has inherent value, unique strengths, and great potential for positive growth. In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, recreating outdoors, reading, and hosting friends in my home.
