Therapist

Hi, my name is Annette Hibner, LMFT, and I provide marriage and family as well as individual counseling at Seasons Counseling. I received my MS in Marriage and Family Therapy and MA in Organizational Leadership. I also provide ART (Accelerated, Resolution, Therapy) and am Level 2 trained in the Gottman Method for couples. I am currently an adjunct professor in psychology and teach a range of courses. Previously, I worked in higher education for part of my career where I worked with adults returning to college. I believe we are always communicating through our emotions and behaviors. Sometimes those messages are difficult to understand and make sense of. My approach is to build upon an authentic and genuine therapeutic relationship with my clients. Where you feel safe, seen, and known as you unpack what brought you here. I enjoy working with all aged individuals, couples, and families who are navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, self-esteem, religious trauma and improving relationship dynamics. My approach is rooted in systems theory and am culturally and spiritually sensitive. I provide face to face or telehealth sessions. When not working I enjoy spending time with family, hiking, nature, and my dogs.
